Recipe Ingredients for Red Rice (ADA)

2 cups water
2 cups low sodium fat free chicken broth (105273)
2 onion, chopped
2 cup uncooked long grain rice
4 garlic clove, minced
8 oz tomato sauce
2 green bell pepper, chopped

Recipe Directions for Red Rice (ADA)

  1. Boil the water in a large saucepan. Add the bouillon cube and stir.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients, stir well, and return to a boil. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook, covered, for 20 minutes.
