Recipe Ingredients for Red Quinoa Salad

1 cup, chopped Carrots
1/2 cup, chopped Onions
1 1/2 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1 serving Regular Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Vinegar balsamic
3 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup Harvest Choice Sliced Button Mushrooms
6 olives Kalamata Whole Olives
4 pieces with liquid Artichoke Hearts Marinated
1 medium Tomatoes
1/4 cup slices Radishes

Recipe Directions for Red Quinoa Salad

Cook quinoa in chicken broth and soy sauce. Chill. Make vinegrette and toss quinoa, veggies.
