Recipe Ingredients for Red Potatoes with Mushrooms

16 oz red potatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 cups vegetable broth
16 oz button mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Red Potatoes with Mushrooms

  1. Wash and place whole potatoes and mushrooms in a baking dish.

  2. Mix broth and pour it into the dish

  3. Add crushed and chopped garlic cloves.

  4. Bake at 325 for 1 hour
