Recipe Ingredients for red potatoe and green bean salad

3 pounds of red potatoes, cut in 1-in. cubes
1/2 lb ( 8 oz.) fresh green beans
1 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
4 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp. salt

Recipe Directions for red potatoe and green bean salad

  1. Cook potatoes uncovered , and snapped, clean green beans for 8 min. or until barely tender , drain

  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, Mix well, Chill or serve warm.
