3 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 medium raw Leeks
1 medium raw Onion Red
2 cloves, raw Garlic
2 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
3 cup Chard, Swiss
4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 cup Imported Italian Plum Tomatoes
4 cup Vegetable Stock
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
3 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic

Recipe Directions for Red Potato Soup with...

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a heavy stockpot and cover. Place over high heat and bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer slowly for 35 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.

  2. Cool slightly and puree in a blender or food processor.

  3. Adjust seasoning as necessary, to taste.
