I use to make this back in the fat days with real sour cream, real mayo and double the seasoning. Now I trying to keep it healthier.

Recipe Ingredients for Red Potato Salad

37.65 oz Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1.5 oz Chives
3.25 oz Onions
8 oz Reduced Fat Sour Cream 30% Less Fat
3 oz Light Mayonnaise
1 oz Dips Mix

Recipe Directions for Red Potato Salad

Boil potatoes until firm but soft. Drain and put in large bowl. Chop chives and onions add to bowl. In separate bowl, add seasoning packet, sour cream and mayo and mix completely. Add to potato onion mixture and mix well Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
