Recipe Ingredients for Red peppers, mushrooms & onions

8 oz, pieces or slices Mushrooms
20 oz Peppers, Sweet, Red
6 oz Onions
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Red peppers, mushrooms & onions

  1. Chop peppers into short strips

  2. Chop onion 1/2 diced 1/2 long slices

  3. Flavor oil with 1 clove sliced sauted in oil and removed when golden

  4. chop 2 more cloves to add to mixture while cooking

  5. Add seasoning ie, Mrs Dash garlic and herb, parsley, italian seasoning or whatever.
