Sort of like s cheese spread without the cheese :)

Recipe Ingredients for Red Pepper spread

1 large red bell pepper
1 cup brown rice, cooked
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini, raw
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Red Pepper spread

  1. Cut up bell pepper

  2. place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. The longer you blend the smoother it gets.

  3. place spread in serving container and chill in refrigerator for one hour or more.

  4. Serve with cup up vegetables and/or toasted who wheat pita chips.

  5. Also good on chicken or as a substitute for mayo in sandwiches.
