Recipe Ingredients for Red Pepper Risotto

500 grams Arborio Rice
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 oz Parmesan, Shredded Cheese
46 fl oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
10 oz Roasted Red Peppers, Jarred
3 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Red Pepper Risotto

Heat broth. Heat oil in large skillet, saute onion and then add rice and stir to coat. Add broth one or two cups at a time and stir at a low boil until absorbed, then add more broth. Keep adding broth and stirring until all liquid is absorbed. Add peppers and cheese and stir.
