A creamy bean dip great served with baked pita triangles or cut up vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Red Pepper Hummus

30 oz. chick peas, drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. red peppers
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. tahini
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Red Pepper Hummus

  1. Rinse drained chick peas. Place in a food processor and add red peppers, tahini, lemon juice, garlic an cumin. Process until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with parsely.
