Recipe Ingredients for Red Pepper Hummus

3 cloves garlic (or two)
1 3/4 cup Garbanzo beans (15 oz can)
1/2 large red pepper
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Red Pepper Hummus

Chop garlic in food processor. Add garbanzo beans, peppers, olive oil, salt and cumin process until peppers are fully incorporated.
