60 grams Roasted Red Pepper Salsa Dip
4 oz Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
0.75 cup Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
7.5 grams Cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
2 tbsp chopped Shallots
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for red pepper gorgonzola cream sauce

cook shallots in olive oil in a large non stick skillet until translucent. Add flour until it forms a crumbled pasty mixture. Add chicken stock, half& half, and whisk until thickened. Add roasted red pepper dip and cheeses until blended well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
