Broiled Chicken with red peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Red Pepper Chicken

32 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
12 oz Real Mayonnaise
2 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
2 tbsp Minced Garlic

Recipe Directions for Red Pepper Chicken

Cut chicken breasts into bite sized pieces, trim fat. Combine with mayo, chopped red peppers and garlic in large bowl. Mix thorougly and let marinate at least 6 hours. Place chicken on a cookie sheet coated in foil. Leave extra mayo in the bowl but make sure all the peppers are on the cookie sheet with the chicken. Throw away any extra mayo mixture. Broil chicken on high approx 12 min until brown.
