Recipe Ingredients for Red Pepper Casserole

12 oz Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth
10 oz Chili Beans
1 cup, sliced Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
4 oz Neufchatel Cheese

Recipe Directions for Red Pepper Casserole

  1. cook quinoa in broth.

  2. Dice onions and peppers, sautee, add beans to warm.

  3. Mix all that together and top with cream cheese and cheddar cheese (warmed slightly and mixed together).

  4. Broil for 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
