2 red peppers
1 onion
2 cups broccoli
1/2 cup sun dried tomatos
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for red pepper broccoli sundried tomatos

  1. heat oil low medium heat

  2. add sliced onion

  3. add rest of veggies

  4. stir fry for a few minutes

  5. add about 1/4 water cover and cook for about 10 minutes until tender
