1/2 red pepper
1 cup corn
1 1/2 cups broccoli
15 oz alfredo sauce
1 cup 2% milk
1 chicken breast

  1. boil pasta

  2. Cook chicken, corn, and broccoli

  3. puree red pepper and add to chicken and veggies

  4. add alfredo sauce and milk to red pepper mixture

  5. stir
