Recipe Ingredients for Red Organic Quinoa

1 cup organic quinoa
2 cups chicken broth , low sodium
1 small sweet red pepper
5 green onions
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup ginger
1 T olive oil

Recipe Directions for Red Organic Quinoa

  1. Before beggining rinse quinoa verry well in a strainer with cold water.

  2. In a skilet sautee chopped onion, chopped red pepper, garlic and ginger. When caramelized add well rinsed quinoa and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and then reduce to medium heat. Continue to cook until quinoa absorbed all the liquid in the skillet.
