15 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1/4 cup Olive Oil
5 clove Garlic
3 tsp Rosemary, Dried
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Red or New Oven Roasted Potatoes

  1. In a large bowl mix the oil, garlic, and rosemary; add the potatoes and toss well.

  2. Transfer the potatoes to a shallow baking pan and roast at 350-425 degrees until potatoes are tender.
