Recipe Ingredients for Red Miso Soup

1 cup Tofu
2 tbsp Miso
2 tsp Hon Dashi Soup Stock
1 serving Toasted Seaweed Nori

Recipe Directions for Red Miso Soup

  1. Mix water and Hon Dashi powder in a pot and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 mins uncovered.

  2. Turn the heat to medium. Pour some of the hot stock into a small bowl and mix in the red miso. Slowly pour the miso mixture into the pot and do not let boil again.

  3. Add tofu blocks. when serving add nori strips to each bowl.

  4. Enjoy!
