Simple Red Miso soup with rice noodles, radish and tofu

Recipe Ingredients for Red Miso Soup

6 tsp Red Miso
3 oz Korean Radish (Moo)
3 oz Mori-nu, Tofu, Silken, Soft
0.25 oz Vermicelli Rice Noodles
0.5 oz Green Onions
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Red Miso Soup

  1. Boil radish and noodles in the water. Wait until boil, turn down heat to medium, simmer for 5-10 minutes (depends on softness of radish you want).

  2. Add miso, tofu, boil 2-3 more minutes. Add green onion.

  3. Add more water if you feel its too salty.
