1 cup rice
1 roma tomato
4 g Chicken Flavor And Tomato Bouillon
2 salt and pepper
2 cups water
1 tablespoons cooking oil
3 tsp garlic powder
1/4 onion

Recipe Directions for Red Mexican Rice

  1. Fry Rice with vegetable oil until golden brown.

  2. Blend the tomato, garlic, onion, water, chicken bouillon, salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Then pour mixture into rice, cover and let it cook for about 20 mins.
