An easy to make mashed potato recipe which is both healthy and filling. A great side dish for chicken or other lean meat choice.

Recipe Ingredients for Red Mashed Potatos (single serving)

148 grams red potato
1 tbs Sour Cream
1 tbs promise light
1 pinch salt
1 pinch onion powder
1 tsp diced garlic

Recipe Directions for Red Mashed Potatos (single serving)

  1. boil potatoes for about 20 min until soft for mashing.

  2. Place in bowl and mash with fork

  3. Add Sour cream, butter spread, and seasonings and mix well to your desired consistency

  4. Extra: place mashed potatoes in a oven safe dish and bake with a light sprinkle of shredded cheese on top at 325 for about 10 minutes.

  5. Note: You can use any butter substitute you prefer or actual butter. Also add up to 2tbs of sour cream but watch the sat fat level. season more or less to taste. Add real onion if you prefer
