Yummy biscuits..Reduced Fat version

Recipe Ingredients for Red Lobster Like Cheddar Biscuits..Healthy Version

2 cup Reduced Fat Bisquick
1 cup Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
3/4 cup Buttermilk
2 tbsp. Butter
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Red Lobster Like Cheddar Biscuits..Healthy Version

  1. PreHeat oven to 400. Mix Bisquik, Cheese and Buttermilk in a Bowl. Hand Mix until well blended. Divide into 12 portions and spoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with fingers. Bake 18-20 minutes or until slightly browned on top.

  2. Mix Butter with Garlic Powder. Microwave 30 seconds and brush on biscuits after they have baked.
