Recipe Directions for Red Lentil & Vegetable Soup

  1. Chop all the vegetables add to a pan with lentils, water, stock cubes, herbs and chopped canned tomatoes

  2. Bring to the boil

  3. Simmer until all the vegetables and lentils are cooked.
