Recipe Ingredients for red lentil stew

2.25 cup Red Lentils
27 grams Olive Oil
1 Can Chick Peas
5 cup Chard, Swiss
8 oz Lowfat Plain
32 oz Vegetable Broth
1 large Onions
5 tsp Curry Powder
0.5 tsp Cayenne

Recipe Directions for red lentil stew

  1. saute onion in oil

  2. add cayenne and curry

  3. add broth and chopped chard

  4. bring to boil

  5. add lentils and chick peas

  6. cover and simmer until lentils are tender (10 min)

  7. serve with yogurt
