Recipe Ingredients for Red Lentil Soup

1 cup Red Lentils
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
1 cup, chopped Carrots
5 clove Garlic
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tbsp Corn Oil

Recipe Directions for Red Lentil Soup

saute onions, celery, garlic and carrots until soft. Add lentils and water (may need to add more, depending on consistency you are looking for). Add spices (salt, pepper, curry, whatever you want). Cook for 1 hour until desired consistency. It is better the next day as flavors combined more.
