Recipe Ingredients for red lentil soup with lemon

4 serving Vegetable Bouillon
1 cup Red Lentils
120 grams Carrots
120 grams Onions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for red lentil soup with lemon

heat olive oil in pot. Mix 2tsp cumin and grated lemon peel till fragrant. Add onion, garlic and carrot. cook for 5 minutes. Add the bouillon diluted in 4 cups boiling water and the lentils. Cover and cook for 20 minutes just at boiling point. Add fresh lemon juice when serving.
