Curry made from red whole lentils

Recipe Ingredients for Red Lentil Curry

1 1/2 cups red lentil
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 large onion
1 large tomato

Recipe Directions for Red Lentil Curry

  1. Pressure cook Red Whole lentils in Water for 15 to 20 minutes

  2. Fry onion in oil along with tomato until both of them form a good paste

  3. Add salt and Indian Curry Powder (any curry powder will do, try Garam Masala)

  4. Mix the cooked lentil and bring the mixture to boil
