1 cup flour
1 cup caster sugar
0.33 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup skimmed milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg white

  1. Pre heat oven to 175*C.

  2. Separate dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in the other.

  3. Then combine them, mixing for a few minutes.
