Recipe Ingredients for Red Curry with Tofu and Vegetables

7 oz Tofu
10 oz Yam
7 fl oz Lite
0.25 serving Vegetable Broth
0.3 tbsp Red Curry Paste
0.25 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1.5 tsp Domino Light Brown Sugar
0.5 fl oz Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Red Curry with Tofu and Vegetables

Saute sweet potato in oil after sauteing tofu over medium high heat for 6 minutes. Add broth coconut milk and curry paste, simmer for 5 minutes. Add in tofu and beans, simmer for 4 minutes.
