Thai curry with steak and vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Red Curry with Steak

1 3/4 cups white rice
2 tbsp red curry paste
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 1/4 tbsp brown sugar
12 oz light coconut milk
6 oz frozen vegetables
1 lb steak
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Red Curry with Steak

  1. Cook rice according to directions.

  2. Simmer curry paste and coconut milk in saucepan 5 mins.

  3. Heat olive oil in pan and cook steak.

  4. Add fish sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar to coconut milk, simmer 10 mins.

  5. Add steak and vegetables, warm through.

  6. Serve over rice.
