0.5 tbsp Red Curry Paste
360 grams Organic Vegetable Broth
0.5 medium Sweetpotato
1 tsp Agave Syrup
0.5 clove Garlic
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
0.25 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Red Curry Soup with Kale

Saute onion and garlic, add curry paste, add broth, add potatoes, kale and rice. Cook until tender. Lower heat. Add coconut milk. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
