My recipe calls for 2 dl of greek yogurt, but the database doesn't support that item or give calcium counts for plain yogurt. Sour cream is close enough, although the calorie count may be slightly off. Cider vinegar may be substituted for the wine vinegar.

Recipe Ingredients for Red cole slaw with apples

300 g Red cabbage, about 1 wedge
2 Apples
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tbs White wine vinegar
1 tbs bottled mustard
1/2 tbs Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbs Grated horseradish

Recipe Directions for Red cole slaw with apples

Cut cabbage into fine strips. Core the apples and slice and chop them thinly. Mix vinegar, sour cream, mustard, sugar, salt, and horseradish together in a bowl. Add cabbage adn apples. Let stand in the refrigerater several hours before serving.
