Recipe Ingredients for red chicken curry

250 grams Chicken
1 can Chick Peas
1 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweetpotato
1 oz Curry Paste
1 cup Coconut Milk
200 grams Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
2 carrots

Recipe Directions for red chicken curry

  1. cook the rice.

  2. fry the chicken in some oil

  3. add the red curry paste.

  4. add the chopped vegetables and the coconut milk and simmer untill softened.

  5. serve the curry with the rice

  6. (the carrots can be replaced by pumpkin)
