Recipe Ingredients for Red Cabbage Cole Slaw

8 cup, chopped Cabbage, Red
2 medium raw Carrots
4 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 tsp unpacked Sugars, Brown
1/2 cup Vinegar balsamic

Recipe Directions for Red Cabbage Cole Slaw

  1. chop vegetables thinly, add and chill (you may want to salt and press the cabbage first).

  2. Heat sugar, olive oil and vinegar in microwave for about 1 minute to dissolve

  3. pour over salad, toss and chill.
