Recipe Ingredients for Red Cabbage, Carrot & Cranberry salad

4 cups cabbage, red, shredded
1 cup carrots, grated
1/2 cup dried cranberries
4 tbs olive oil
4 tbs vinegar, red wine
1 tsp honey
1 tsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Red Cabbage, Carrot & Cranberry salad

  1. In the bottom of a large bowl, whisk the oil, vinegar, honey and mustard

  2. Add the vegetables and cranberries and toss well

  3. Refrigerated at least 1 hour before serving
