Recipe Ingredients for Red bell, avocado, sour cream egg white omelette

4 large Egg, White
0.25 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 oz Cheddar Cheese
0.25 oz Cilantro
2 tsp Sour Cream
2 oz Bell Pepper Red
2 tbsp Southwest Salsa

Recipe Directions for Red bell, avocado, sour cream egg white omelette

  1. 2 rings red bell, chopped

  2. 1 tsp sour cream

  3. 1/4 avocado

  4. 2 sprigs cilantro chopped

  5. 2 slices of cheddar grated

  6. 4 egg whites.

  7. Whip the egg whites in a bowl, pour into a non stick omelette pan once hot (medium to medium high). Add bell, avocado, sour cream and cilantro to one side of the circle of egg. Lower heat and once egg is almost entirely cooked, flip the side without ingredients on top of the other side. Flip over when it looks like you should. Top with cheese, lower heat or turn it off. Cover pan and keep warm until cheese melts. Serve wtih 2 tb of safeway select southwest salsa.
