Recipe Ingredients for Red Beets and Rutabagas as Cold Dish from Olga's Healthy Choice

1 cup Beets
1 medium rutabagas
1 medium onion
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp raisin
1 tbsp nuts
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cinnamon
1 tsp Vinegar Balsamic

Recipe Directions for Red Beets and Rutabagas as Cold Dish from Olga's Healthy Choice

In a pan put oil and sliced onion, add spices and salt, roast slightly. Add sliced or cubed beets and rutabagas and raisins. Add some water (1/2 cup). Bring to boil and remove from the oven. Let it cool then add balsamic, stir properly. The, bonne appetite!
