28 oz Kidney Beans
1.5 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
320 grams Celery
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
2 clove Garlic
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Red Beans & Rice

saute onions, garlic, celery, and pepper in olive oil. Cook rice separately, add. chop sausage into pieces, add. rinse beans and add. warm everything through, serve.
