1.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3 serving PORK TASSO (RICHARD'S)
4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp Parsley, Dried

Recipe Directions for RED BEANS & RICE

  1. SOAK BEANS OVERNIGHT IN WATER AND SALT

  2. COOK BEANS, CHOPPED ONION, BELL PEPPER, AND TASSO IN CROCK POT ALL DAY WITH APPROX 6 CUPS OF WATER

  3. ADD SALT, PEPPER, AND CAYENNE TO TASTE

  4. SERVE OVER BROWN RICE AND ENJOY
