Recipe Ingredients for Red Beans & Rice

21 g extra virgin olive oil
175 g green bell peppers
75 g carrots
95 g celery
170 g red onion
10 g garlic
1 tsp thyme
2 tbsp parsley
1000 g Bold Stock
1000 g canned red kidney beans
265 g Smoked Sausage Links

Recipe Directions for Red Beans & Rice

  1. Saute all veggies in olive oil

  2. add stock and seasonings

  3. rinse and add beans

  4. chop, brown and add sausage

  5. simmer 2 hours on low

  6. pour over rice
