1/2 cup brown rice
1/2 cup red beans
1/2 (6 oz) Smoked Link Sausage
4 prawns
1/4 small red pepper

Recipe Directions for Red Beans and rice

  1. cook the rice

  2. add cooked sausage and shrimp halfway through rice boil.

  3. add beans and red pepper when rice is tender

  4. warm on low and serve with sauteed veggies
