Box Zatarain's Red Beans & Rice with added chicken

Recipe Ingredients for red beans & rice with chicken

4 oz Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders
1/3 cup dry New Orleans Style Red Beans and Rice

Recipe Directions for red beans & rice with chicken

  1. partially thaw two chicken breast ternderloins, cut into cubes (2 tenders per SERVING, the box makes a little over 3 servings, so if you want to make six tenders together and seperate them into three bowls, that'll work.)

  2. add prefered seasoning to a pan and add chicken, cook until chicken is done and has a grilled golden tint

  3. in seperate pot make Zatarain's according to directions.

  4. when finished, scoop 1cup red beans and rice into a bow and put chicken on top, enjoy!

  5. *6 tenders makes three servings of chicken, and 1 box makes three servings.*
