Simple Red beans and rice recipe with Cajun Andouille Sausage : use a link of kielbasa if you want to substitute, can also use a spicy chicken/turkey sausage to cut calories and fat

Recipe Ingredients for Red Beans and Rice with Andouille Sausage

2 cups Cooked Brown Rice
10 oz Red Beans
4 oz Andouille Sausage
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Red Beans and Rice with Andouille Sausage

  1. Heat Sausage in a skillet then add a drained 14.5 oz can of red beans. Add spices more or less based on your liking. Toss in Cooked brown rice and heat through and until fragrant. Enjoy!
