Recipe Ingredients for Red Beans

32 oz Small Red Beans
14 oz Fully Cooked Lean Smoked Turkey Sausage
42 oz Beef Stock
1.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tsp Celery Seed
1 tsp Cayenne
1 tsp Cloves, Ground
2 tsp Red Pepper
1 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Red Beans

Soak beans as directed on package. Add all ingrediants to crock pot and cook on high setting for 5 hours. Remove two cups of beans from mixture being careful to seperate any sausage back into to crock pot. Mash seperated beans then stir back into pot. Cook on low for an additional two hours.
