Simple Puerto Rican style Red Beans for rice

Recipe Ingredients for Red Beans

8 oz Organics Red Kidney Beans Dry
2 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 teaspoon Sazon-It! Seasoning
2 tsp Adobo All Purpose Seasoning
4 oz Tomato Sauce
3 oz Cilantro
4 tbsp chopped Onions
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Red Beans

  1. Soak beans per instructions and rinse

  2. Place 8 oz of beans with 2 cups water, Sofrito, Sazon, Adobo, died potatoes, tomato sauce into pot and bring to boil

  3. Drop to simmer and cook for 20 minutes. Mash some beans and potato to thicken.
