Recipe Ingredients for red beans n rice with only chicken breast

1 lb kidney beans
1 medium onion
3 stalks celery
3 cups water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp thyme
1 tsp parsley
6 oz chicken breast
6 oz chicken breast
4 oz chicken breast
1 dash cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for red beans n rice with only chicken breast

boil beans in water for 2 hours. Chop celery and onions and add to boiling pot in the 3rd hour. Turn heat down to simmer and add chicken breast. In the 4th hour, add sage, thyme, salt, pepper, parsley, cayenne pepper. let finish cooking for 30 minutes until tender and creamy.
