Recipe Ingredients for Red beans & greens

1 small Onions
4 clove Garlic
1 1tsp Olive Oil
2 cup Frozen Collard Greens
15 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
15 oz Small Red Beans, Organic
2 cup Rishikesh Whole Grain Brown Basmati Rice
1 Cube Vegetable Stock Cubes
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
0.13 tsp Cayenne

  1. saute onions & garlic till translucent

  2. add remaining ingredients and simmer till greens are tender.
