2 cups red beans
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Red Beans-1/2 cup serving

red beans cooked with olive oil, tumeric, bay leaf and MS Dash table blend and garlic herb blend, cooked in about 4-6 cups of water. I boiled dry beans about 2 minutes then turned off and let set 1 hour, then dumped water, rinsed beans and put new water in pan, brought to boil again then put in oven to bake at 350 for about 1 hour, I added the seasoning and oil when I put in oven.
