Recipe Ingredients for Red Bean Patties

1 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
2 cup Chili Beans
0.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Red Bean Patties

Cook the brown rice until tender. Mash the beans in a bowl and add the rice, oats, chili powder (I use chipotle for more flavor) and the egg. Mix together, then add in the flour. Spray skillet with non-fat oil spray and cook the patties on medium heat with the lid on, 5 minutes on each side.
